We quickly fell in love with South Africa, especially the Cape Town region. After a few stays in Somerset West, it soon became clear to us that we fell in love with this country and that later - when we were older and retired - we would rather spend the cold winter in Germany in warm South Africa at the Western Cape and enjoy it.
In January 2018 we made our dream come true and acquired the property in Fairhaven. The construction of the house began in April 2018. We built and furnished our house, which was completed in December 2018, with love. We live in it ourselves twice a year during the holidays and rent it out during the rest of the time when we cannot be there.
The house is very modern and has a living space
of 280 square meters with three bedrooms ensuite.
